Fairfield Inn & Suites in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, is a “hybrid” build of 3.5 stories utilizing modular construction.

The first floor common room, pool area and back of house (?) is site built. The build consists of 64 modules and 108 guest rooms.

Scope of Work

• Champion: Design and build modules, transport, installation and erection
• By General Contractor/Others: First Level steel skeleton, roof system, exterior finish, corridor/BoH/common finish.
